Technical Superintendent

Overview

A ship management company located in Hainan is seeking a Technical Superintendent on permanent position. Our client is only considering Chinese citizen with valid COC. Our client pays a fix monthly salary and you will be responsible for your own accommodation, tax, flight, etc in Hainan.

• 负责对轮机部高级船员的任前考核；
• 负责对轮机长的综合考评，对其任免、奖惩、调配提出建议；
• 保持船舶法定和船级证书有效；
• 搜集、整理、传递本部门有关的公约、法规和法令等外部信息；
• 向船舶提供物料、备件和技术支持；
• 指导船舶的维护保养工作，及时安排船舶的航修和坞修；
• 负责报告纠正本部门发现的不合规事件；
• 负责船舶机损和油污事敀的应急处理和调查；
• 保持与船级社、船厂、修理单位、设备制造商及设计人员、政府团体及其它相关组织的联系与沟通。
